Established in 1219, and currently led by Felix Prince zu Salm-Salm, (the 32nd generation), Weingut Prinz Salm justifiably has earned legendary status. Their wines provide us an amazing opportunity to taste through some of the Prädikatswein classification of wines - a uniquely German system that delivers some of the most delicious wines on earth. As always, we’ll be pairing amazing cheeses from Orrman’s.
