Jura Date Night
Looking for the perfect midweek date night, hosted by an epic winemaker? We’ve got you covered. On Tuesday, November 4, winemaker Cédric Ducoté is bringing the storied wines of Jura's Domaine Rolet to us in a guided tasting. This is the full-spectrum experience, from bubbles to white to red to a baby vin jaune (which sees four years in barrel before bottling).

Beaujolais Nouveau Day
What better way to celebrate the end of harvest than by enjoying the fruits of that labor? That’s the origin story of Beaujolais Nouveau, where the first grapes of this year’s harvest are quickly made into a very young and fresh style of wine that hits the water in just a matter of weeks. It’s often chilled, easy drinking…and a staple on wine lovers’ Thanksgiving tables around the world.
This year, we have FIVE of these unique wines on order, including some things we’ve never even tried - a Nouveau Rosé and a Nouveau Vielles Vignes (“old vine”). We’ll be serving up some classic Beaujolais as well on a special menu.
BONUS time: Golden Hill Farms will also be here for a FREE tasting of their incredible Virginia apple ciders from 5-7p, while a local baker will be selling some of her pumpkin treats during the same time period. It’s all things fall in one event.

Cha is the tastemaker of today’s generation, leading as the Beverage Director of the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, the first Beverage Director and Editor of Cherry Bombe Magazine. These roles exemplify her championing of change within the beverage community.

In this foundation course from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), we explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste, while also gaining the basic skills to describe wines accurately and make food and wine pairings.
The Level 1 Award in Wines course includes 6 guided learning hours, of which 45 minutes is for the examination.

OKTOBERFEST 2025!
Our second Oktoberfest here at Frenchy’s, and we’re going all out, again! We’ll be showcasing incredible liquids from Central & Eastern Europe. From the classics actually poured at Oktoberfest in Munich to some of our very favorites from the region on the wine side, Oktoberfest is an absolute highlight for Frenchy’s.
Keep the Stein with Rothaus
What better way to kick off Oktoberfest this year than with a Keep the Stein event with our favorite German pilsner, Rothaus. Indeed, Rothaus is the only beer here at Frenchy’s with a permanent tap handle. As the only regular German export pilsner that comes unpasteurized, the liquid here retains aromas and flavors from the yeast and proteins that remain following fermentation. In other words, it tastes as good here as it does in Germany.
Come celebrate with us and this remarkable beer. We’ll be giving away steins to the first 50 folks through the door wanting a pint of Rothaus!
Patrick Sullivan Tasting
On Wednesday, September 17, we’re thrilled to welcome acclaimed Australian winemaker Patrick Sullivan for an intimate guided tasting at Frenchy’s. Known for his wild, soulful wines that capture the spirit of Australia’s diverse terroir, Patrick will lead us through a lineup of his most exciting bottles—sharing the stories, techniques, and inspiration behind each pour.

Another signature event from Frenchy’s and CLT Bucketlist. Join us on Saturday, September 13 for the ultimate pairing: juicy burgers and world-class Pinot Noir (aka Red Burgundies)! SATURDAY 12-12a - It’s a day of celebrating some of our favorite bottles from the last year. We have a ton of special things coming your way, including some of the rarest bottles we have access to.
SUNDAY 12-8p - Actual Anniversary, and Watermans will be BACK for Champagne & Oysters!! Y’all consumed 400 oysters in 90 minutes at the Orange Wine Party. This time around, we’re pouring grower champagne all day in addition to giving out free oysters to our first 100 guests again. We can’t wait to celebrate this incredible year with you.

If you didn't come last time, this is how you participate.
1️⃣
Go through your closet in the weeks leading up to the event. Start piling up whatever you're bored of, doesn't fit, or is taking up space.
2️⃣
Schedule a pick up or drop off for your clothes through the google form before the event, so you can show up to a full boutique.
3️⃣
Show up, sip, and shop the swap!
How It Works
- For every item you contribute, you’ll receive a ticket. Each ticket is redeemable for one new-to-you item. No limit to how many pieces you can bring! (Example: Bring 10 items, take home 10 items!)
-Upon arrival all guests are invited to pick up their drink from the Frenchy's staff and peruse the racks.
-At 1:30, girls will be put into "shopping groups" and each group will have 30 seconds to pick out 1 piece from the swap. We will flow through all of the groups, and then in reverse order until everyone's out of tickets.
- Trade after the swap is encouraged
- Attire : wear something that embodies your personal style.
-All left over pieces will go to a closet in need!
