And we’re back! For Pairing #25, we're honoring this special time of the year - namely, Oktoberfest. And while OKT is traditionally a very beer-centric event, we're pulling out some of our favorite wines being made along these beers in Germany and beyond for a very fall-friendly lineup. There may be one or two familiar faces, but I guarantee you will try some things you've never had before.

As always, Rachel at Orrman's will be thoughtfully pairing each wine with cheese to show how acidity, texture, and structure can either contrast or amplify flavor. Tickets required — these evenings sell out early.
