And we’re back! For Pairing #26, Mikey and I are going directly to the source. Our sourcing trip this year is to Le Marche, Italy. Situated across from Rome on the Adriatic Sea coast of Italy, this region is home to things like truffles, olives...and more than a few native grape varietals. We're letting our offerings for this evening be inspired by this trip, but you can definitely expect to see some of the local powerhouses like Verdicchio and Montepulciano.

As always, Rachel at Orrman's will be thoughtfully pairing each wine with cheese to show how acidity, texture, and structure can either contrast or amplify flavor. Tickets required — these evenings sell out early.
